R-10, r. 9 - Regulation respecting the partition and assignment of benefits accrued under the Régime de retraite des membres de la Sûreté du Québec

27. For the purposes of section 2, the Association des policières et policiers provinciaux du Québec provides Retraite Québec with the following information within 30 days of the date of receipt of a request from Retraite Québec:
(1)  the value of the benefits accrued by the member or former member in respect of ancillary benefits from the time when he or she became a member of the plan to the date of assessment provided for in the second paragraph of section 122.2 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10); and
(2)  in the case of married spouses or spouses in a civil union, the value of the benefits accrued for the period of the marriage or civil union.

(1)  the value of the benefits accrued by the member or former member in respect of ancillary benefits from the time when he or she became a member of the plan to the date of assessment provided for in the second paragraph of section 122.2 of the Act respecting the Government and Public Employees Retirement Plan (chapter R-10); and
(2)  the value of the benefits accrued for the period of the marriage or civil union.
